
Kena Ruiz Ransom is a Mexican dancer currently located in Boston, Massachusetts. She was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico where she started training in different styles such Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Acrobatics.
She's currently concluding her BFA in Commercial Dance at the Boston Conservatory, where she has had the opportunity to work with guest choreographers such as Bo Park, Marcus Allan Cobb, and Prince Nii. She likes performing onstage and has been part of the Artist Tribute shows choreographed by faculty member, Anthony Burrell, at The Berklee Performance Center to Mariah Carey, Fleetwood Mac, and soon Prince. Also, Lady Gaga and André 3000 during the 2025 Commencement show. Most recently, she was part of the choreography creation team for The Walking Dead: Dead City choreographed by faculty member Jun Kuribayashi.
Some of her future performances for 2026 are the BFA Commercial Show for the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, Commercial Dance Show in L.A., and Governors Ball in New York City.
